famos privacy policy
Last updated 2026-10-25.
famos KidsTV is used only by one family, with that family's own Google account. When a family member
signs in with Google, famos asks for access to their YouTube account so that it can create one private
playlist and add, remove and reorder its videos.
What it reads and changes
- It lists the account's playlists to find its own one, and the videos in that playlist.
- It creates that playlist (private) and changes which videos are in it.
- It reads public details of the chosen videos (such as whether a video is made for kids).
What it keeps and shares
- The access token is kept only on the family's own computers, encrypted, and is used for nothing else.
- No data from the Google account is sent to anyone else, sold, used for advertising or kept anywhere
but the family's own computers.
- famos has no servers of its own and no analytics.
famos's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the
Google API Services User Data
Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be removed at any time at
myaccount.google.com/permissions.
